Match game tournament results
The 84th Match Game Tournament took place on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Odyssey Fun Center, featuring 29 bowlers competing across two divisions. The tournament format consists of 5 games of qualifying with the top bowlers in each division advancing to head to head match play.
Division 1 Champion: Justin Gmach
Justin Gmach claimed the Division 1 title with a dominant performance. He led all qualifiers, followed by Connor Reinemann, Steve Schmit, Tyler Atkinson, Troy Felsinger, and Bryan McCue. Justin led wire-to-wire, building a commanding lead by winning his first four match play games and cruising to victory.
Division 2 Champion: Tim Olszewski
Tim Olszewski captured the Division 2 crown for the second consecutive year! Justin Hess was high qualifier followed by Mike Benson, Kyle Theune and Tim Olszewski. Tim went undefeated in all four of his head-to-head matches to surge from fourth to first and claim the title.
Congratulations to all participants, and especially to our champions, Justin Gmach and Tim Olszewski, for their outstanding performances!

Womens Open championship results
The 75th Women’s Open Championship took place on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at the Elks Lodge in Sheboygan. After an exciting day of competition, Nicole Burt emerged victorious, claiming her fifth Women’s Open title.
The tournament format featured four games of qualifying, after which the top four bowlers advanced to the stepladder finals. Stephanie Rakun led all qualifiers with an impressive 982 series (including a 279 scratch game), followed by Nicole Burt (939), Shaun Sanders (910), and Jackie Dahm (908).
In the opening stepladder match, Shaun Sanders edged out Jackie Dahm in a nail-biter, winning 201–199. Sanders then faced Nicole Burt in Match 2, where Burt secured her spot in the championship finals.
The final match featured top qualifier Stephanie Rakun against second seed Nicole Burt. Stephanie bowled very well and delivered a strong performance with a 232 game. However, Nicole was unstoppable—starting with seven consecutive strikes and finishing with a 279 game to clinch the title.
Congratulations to Nicole Burt on her remarkable win and continued excellence in the sport!

USBC WBA 600 club tournament
The 47th annual Sheboygan USBC WBA 600 tournament will be held on Sunday, December 14th, 2025 at 12:00 PM (noon) at Anchor Lanes in Elkhart Lake. The entry fee for the event is $25. Click here for a tournament entry form and additional tournament information.

Association Championship
The Sheboygan Area Bowling Association Championship (City Tournament) will be held in January of 2026. Team event will be held at Globe Lanes in Random Lake on January 4, 10 and 11. Minor events will be held on January 17-18, 24-25 at Lakeshore Lanes in Sheboygan. The tournament format will be the same as last year with 4 person teams, doubles, singles and all events.
